Melissa Carreiro is a devoted wife and mother of four who turned her lifelong dream into The Playroom, a welcoming space designed for families to connect, explore, and grow together.

More than just a place to play, The Playroom reflects Melissa’s passion for creating a nurturing environment where every child feels inspired and every family feels at home.

Guided by the motto, “Wherever I roam it feels like home,” she is committed to building a community rooted in warmth, belonging, and heart.

Olivia Carreiro

Olivia Carreiro, age 14, has been part of Little Wanderers Sensory Play from the very beginning. As Melissa’s daughter, she has grown alongside the playroom — dedicating countless hours helping with daily operations, supporting events, and even assisting during construction as the space came to life.

Her heart for the mission, strong work ethic, and willingness to jump in wherever needed make her an incredible part of the Little Wanderers family. We are beyond proud of the dedication and love she pours into this community.

Amy Dupuis

Amy Dupuis is a devoted mom to a wonderful little girl and leads our Pre-K sensory class with enthusiasm and expertise. Whether she’s welcoming families at the front desk or hosting engaging, hands-on sensory sessions in the party room, Amy brings warmth and knowledge to everything she does.

Her passion for sensory play shines through in every interaction, making her an invaluable part of the Little Wanderers family.
